Should you need to make a return, please review and follow the details provided herein.
For items to be accepted:
• Returns must be initiated within 4 days of delivery. Anytime thereafter, your purchase will be considered final sale and can no longer be returned.
• Up to 4 items may be returned per order.
• Sale items are final sale. and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Orders placed using a coupon code is considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items purchased with a discount code are considered final sale and are not returnable.
• Shipping Costs are not refundable.
• Online returns must be made through our return portal and cannot be shipped back through alternate shipping carriers other than those selected in our return portal.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed. You may file a claim with the shipping company directly.
• In the event that an item on your order is unavailable, you will be notified via email and the remainder of your order will be shipped.
• We do not offer price match or any adjustment to your order.
• We strongly recommend dropping your return at a shipping center to have the package scanned in so that it's trackable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn, unwashed, clean and unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging with the original packing slip. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not follow our return policies.
Important: Please check your items carefully before returning them to ensure that they meet the above criteria. If we receive back a damaged item, we will assume it was sent by you that way. If you receive an item that is defective, please take pictures and contact us right away.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. In the event that an item is defective, damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items can not be returned such as personal care goods and beauty products.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not available through this portal. To exchange an item, return the item and repurchase the preferred item.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All orders being shipped outside of the USA are considered final sale and will not be eligible for any returns.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, if you received the wrong item. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
ONLINE ORDERS
* Online orders may be returned to the store within 4 days of delivery during store day hours.
* For online returns shipped back; a $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
If your return is accepted, a return shipping label will be emailed to you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once approved, you will have 4 days for us to receive your return.
Refunds
If your return has been accepted and approved, the refund will appear on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and your payment wasn't credited, please contact us.
